I’m Louise Wilhelmine, a set designer, art director, and private chef with a passion for creating immersive experiences that blend food with scenography. I see food as more than just sustenance—it’s a medium for storytelling, interaction, and sensory exploration. Through edible installations and curated dining events, I aim to create moments that engage people in new and unexpected ways.

I’ve been based in Antwerp for several years, where I initially studied sculpture before earning a degree in interior architecture. My background includes working as a designer at Studio Valentin Loellmann before transitioning into freelance work, focusing on art Direction for films. Over time, I have taken on roles as an art director for both commercial projects and film, shaping visual narratives through space, texture, and atmosphere.

While my primary career is in the art department, my love for food has grown alongside it, leading me to take on catering projects that allow me to merge design with gastronomy. When I approach catering, I see it as an extension of my creative practice—each menu is thoughtfully designed to fit the identity of the event or brand, ensuring a cohesive and immersive experience.

I particularly enjoy working on press events, where food plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere.
While my main focus remains on set, these culinary projects offer me a different way to craft experiences—one that speaks to both space and taste.
