Louise Wilhelmine is a young set designer and private chef focussing on crafting immersive dining experiences that blend culinary artistry with scenography. Her work involves creating edible installations and dining events that encourage audiences to interact with food in a multi-sensory, experimental manner.
Louise has made Antwerp her home for several years, where she briefly studied Sculpture before obtaining a degree in Interior Architecture. Her professional background includes working as a designer at Studio Valentin Loellmann. After which, she transitioned to freelance work to focus on various passion projects, with a particular emphasis on production design and set decorating for films. This has eventually lead her to her culinary ventures.
Every installation and menu Louise creates is meticulously curated to reflect the client's brand identity, ensuring a unique and cohesive experience. She excels in designing holistic event experiences for press events, seamlessly incorporating food into the overall ambiance to enhance the event's atmosphere.
